Sponsorship

Hi guys this is a logo from the company I should be able to get some sponsorship from over easter, sorry about the poor quality I just screenshotted it from the website. If they write a cheque should I just ask them to leave it blank for now until the bank account is sorted? Once we have a bit of money do you think we should get some fliers done, or wait until we have the £300 for Paul and then do it?
